Apprenticed to Bernard Fitzpatrick, apothecary 1857-1862. [Apothecary]

Studied St Mary’s hospital, Paddington.

M.R.C.S.Eng. 1862 when he was from Kensington. L.S.A. 1862.

Senior house surgeon St Mary’s hospital, Paddington 1863-1864. Practised Weymouth from 1864 and was surgeon to the Weymouth & Dorset Co. Royal Eye Infirmary [Weymouth & Dorset County Royal Eye Infirmary]. [Doctor]

Death

Died at Weymouth 17.10.1882 aged 41.
