Many years surgeon in the Royal Navy and in 1796 surgeon of H.M.S. Juste. Has practised in the West Indies and in England. [Doctor]

Perhaps the Thomas Kenning who was Surgeon, Staff, Army Medical Service (Irish Establishment) 1800-1803.
