Born 18.12.1846 son of George Douglas Campbell, 8th Duke of Argyll and Lady Elizabeth Georgina Sutherland Leveson Gower.
Career
Also at Edinburgh University - 1864-1865 - .
Entered the wine trade at Bordeaux, then was three years in the tea trade and subsequently in the cotton trade at Liverpool. Entered Coutts Bank in 1872 and retired as a partner in 1907.
