Assistant surgeon Royal Navy 8.6.1861. Resigned 21.10.1864. Surgeon to H.M. Prison Wandsworth from 1864. then practised Tenby, Exmouth, Exeter and finally Tenby. [Doctor]

In Med. Reg. 1918 last time.
