Born November 1837 son of Robert Watt, cow feeder, Monifieth and Mary Kinnear.

Career

Also at New College, Edinburgh - divinity student 1860-1861.

Intended to study for Free Church ministry, but changed mind and became Editor of the Perthshire Courier. Returned to St Andrews and studied theology.

Licensed by the Church of Scotland. [Minister]

Assistant North Leith, but his health broke down.

Death

Died 8.8.1867 aged 29.
