M.R.C.S.Eng. 1846 when he was from Mapperton, Devon. L.S.A. 1847.

Practised Donhead, Wilts. [Donhead, Wiltshire] then Cann near Shaftesbury. Ceased general practice 1868 and went to Reading where he was appointed physician to various bodies. [Doctor]

Death

Died 21.7.1901 aged 77.
