Born 1830 son of [ ] Serjeant, lawyer, Huntingdonshire.

Career

Apprenticed to a surgeon in Peterborough. Left medicine and lived as a pioneer in Australia 1852-1859. Returned to study medicine at Guy’s hospital.

M.R.C.S.Eng. 1862. L.S.A. 1863.

Joined P & O Service the practised Camberwell. [Doctor]

K.B.E. [Knight Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire] 1922.

Death

Died 12.1.1929 aged 99.
