Possibly baptised 10.4.1801 son of Robert Rintoul, Tulliallan and Sophia Aitkine.
Career
Also at Edinburgh University - divinity student 1828-1831.
May be the man who was Missionary Eday 1834. Minister St Catherine, Quebec 1841-1845 who is claimed by Fasti ecclesiae scoticanae to have been educated at Glasgow, but who does not appear in W.I. Addison, Matriculation albums of the University of Glasgow 1728-1858.
