Studied at King’s College, Aberdeen - M.A. 1849.
Schoolmaster at Knockbain 1844. [Teacher]
Licensed by Chanonry presbytery 1851.
Minister Stoer 1852-1854. Edinburgh, St Oran’s 1854-1897 (resigned).
Published medical and Gaelic papers. He sold his Gaelic library to Aberdeen University.
