Licensed by Kirkcaldy presbytery 1830. May be the John M’Ewan educated at the Universities of Glasgow [Glasgow University] and St Andrews who was schoolmaster Port of Menteith to at least1826at least 1837. [Teacher]
Schoolmaster Auchterderran 1831-1838. Minister Milton of Balgonie 1838-1843. Dyke 1843-13.6.1886 (died).
