Advocate 1870. [Lawyer]

Sheriff of Roxburgh 1886-1890. Ross etc. 1890-1891. Perthshire 1891-1905. Became Lord Ardwall 1905 as Senator of the College of Justice.

Death

Died 21.11.1911.
