From Clackmannan. Possibly baptised 28.4.1801 son of William Inglis, Clackmannan and Mary Innes.

Possibly also the John Ingles, who was schoolmaster Ingles’s Academy, Portland St., Glasgow [Ingles's Academy, Portland Street, Glasgow] c. 1817at least 1837. [Teacher]
