Born c.1763. A descendant of the Border family of Hall of Newbiggin and great grandson of Henry Hall of Haughhead, the Covenanter. Possibly born Jedburgh.

Career

Studied Edinburgh University - medical student 1780-1781.

Of Newcastle at graduation.

Assistant surgeon Army Medical Service, staff 1814. Surgeon staff 1816. Retired on half pay 1817. [Doctor]

Death

Died at Chelsea March, 1824.
