M.R.C.S.Eng. 1875 when he was from Upleatham. L.R.C.P.E. 1878 when he claimed to be born Guisborough.

Surgeon Army Medical Service 1881 etc. Retired pay 1903. Re-employed 1914 - 1918 War. [Doctor]

Death

Died 17.11.1924 at Sheringham.
