Apprenticed 1749 to George Bogue, London.

Surgeon Royal Navy 6.7.1757. Was in charge of a naval hospital in Madras [now Chennai, India] for three years. [Doctor]

Death

Probably the John Bogue M.D., who died at Fareham, Hants. [Hampshire] aged 79 on 30.12.1811.
