Born 8.2.1763 son of Rev. George Berkeley, vicar of Bray, Co. Berks [Bray, County Berkshire], prebendary of Canterbury and Eliza Frinsham. [Minister]

Attended Kings School, Canterbury and Eton.

Career

Also at Oxford University and Dublin University - LL.B. 1789.

Admitted student of the Inner Temple 1783. [Law student]

Said to have founded student debating society known as Literarii Viginti. Poems published.
