Biography

Manuel Valdés (1825? -1860) was a soldier born in Chihuahua. He defended the Constitution of 1857 in the campaign of Chihuahua and Durango. He participated in the assault of Allende against the Conservative troops of Domingo Cajen on 14 July 1860. He was taken prisoner and Cajen ordered his execution in 1860.
