Alexander Frisel (or Fraser) was a captain in Dutch Service between 1626-1630. In his first will, dated 21 March 1626, he named the Rotterdam orphanage his heir. This was reiterated in 1628, despite the fact that Frisel was living in The Hague. Frisel died, or was killed, in Rijswijk by 1630. That year, the regents of the orphanage empowered one Gerrit Damen van Nideck to collect what Frisel had left the orphanage.
