Martin Sackhoe/Seacoe is noted as a trumpeter who served Queen Anna (James VI and I's wife). His name appears in the list of 28 trumpeters engaged to play at her funeral, each of which was provided with mourning liveries. It is also recorded that £30 was awarded to him in order to enable him to return to Denmark. Listed in the declared accounts of Sir George Carew, receiver general to Queen Anna.
