Gustaf Monepenne was a son of Gustaf Monepenny [SSNE 3105] who served as a major in the artillery, but died of the plague along with his wife and two of their sons (1699), leaving another son and two daughters behind. These children, Gustaf, Anna Margaretha [SSNE 6479] and Katharina Isabella [SSNE 6481] eventually received the entitlement to their fathers land on 29 December 1716.
