Palle Rosenkrands/Rosenkrantz was a Danish envoy to the Stuart Court. His accreditation to appear before King Charles I is dated 30 May 1626, albeit he only arrived at the Court in early July.

Rosenkrantz also had credentials for the Stuart Queen. On the 1st and 2nd of September, Rosenkrantz spoke first to the king, apparently encouraging him to recall parliament (dissolved in June that year) which met with great disfavour. Rosenkrantz then spoke to the English Parliament.

Rosenkrantz informed Christian IV of Denmark-Norway about the soldiers - 4 regiments, based in the Dutch Republic - that Charles I had promised his brother-in-law.

In 1628, Rosencrantz was the Danish Resident in France. He received a creditive to act as an extraordinary legate to the Stuart King and Queen and also the "senatores regni Britanniae" which Marquard translates as the English Parliament although that is clearly not what is said. He arrived in London 13/05 bringing a request for help from King Christian IV.
