Birth/childhood

Born 2.2.1750 youngest child of Thomas Webster, merchant, Dundee and Geills Mawer.

Career

Also studied medicine and theology at Aberdeen, Edinburgh University - M.D. 1777, England and on the continent. [Medical student, theology student]

Practised in Edinburgh and was also Episcopal minister there, first at St Paul’s Chapel, Carrubers Close and built and founded St Peter’s. Health failed and early in 1796 accompanied H.M. forces to West Indies as physician. [Doctor, minister]

Death

Died in St Vincent [St Vincent and the Grenadines] December 1795.
