Studied Edinburgh University - medical student 1860-1861 when he was from Malton. B.Sc. in Public Health 1876, D.Sc. 1877.

M.R.C.S.Eng. 1863. L.S.A. 1863.

Practised Cardiff, Farnham and Malton then from 1865 on at Scarborough. Medical Officer Scarborough, Medical Officer, North Riding. Justice of the Peace. Surgeon Lieutenant Colonel of Volunteers. Examiner in Public Health to Edinburgh University. [Doctor]

Death

Died 15.2.1892 aged 55.
