Studied Royal Infirmary, Manchester and King’s College, London.

L.S.A. 1835. M.R.C.S.Eng. 1836 when he was from Chester. L.R.C.P.E. 1860.

Had hospital appointments in Bolton and Manchester for 5 years. Then Medical Superintendent Surrey County Lunatic Asylum 11 years to c. 1870. Practised Morchard Bishop, Devon c. 1870 to 1880. Retired to Wiveliscombe. [Doctor]

Death

Died at Wiveliscombe 14.11.1896 aged 83.
