Born 23.9.1839 at Leicester. Perhaps baptised 9.9.1844 son of George Sheen, Leicester and Phoebe [ ].

Career

Studied in Madras [now Chennai, India] and Guy’s hospital.

M.R.C.S.Eng. 1863 when he was from Leicester. D.P.H.(Cambridge) 1888.

Practised in Cardiff - surgeon to Cardiff Infirmary. [Doctor]
