Born 12.8.1761 son of William Scott of Stokoe, M.D., Stamfordham and Martha Fenwick.
Educated under Rev. Mr. Moyses, Master of the High School, Newcastle.
Career
Apprenticed to his father. Three years at Infirmary in Newcastle under Richard Lambert.
Studied at Edinburgh University - medical student 1781-1783, 1784-1785.
Practised at Stamfordham at first in partnership with his father from c.1783. [Doctor]
Death
Died February 1831.
