Born 9.11.1820 son of George Russell, farmer and Mary Walker.

Career

Although he owned Kenly Green he farmed most of his life at Parkhill near Newburgh. He was a member of Newburgh Town Council and served on the Parochial Board. He was a J.P. [Justice of the Peace]. [Farmer]

Death

Died at City Park, St Andrews 27.8.1887.
