Born 27.12.1844 son of Robert Pryde, farmer, Cameron and Isabella Hood.

Licensed by St Andrews presbytery 1867.

Minister Kininmonth 1872-1876. Kilmarnock 2nd charge 1876-1879. Glasgow Townhead 1879 - 1906 (resigned).

D.D. Glasgow University 1915.

Death

Died 11.1.1925.
