Baptised 6.2.1766 at Dingwall son of Kenneth McKenzie, tutor of Kilcoy and Janet Douglas. [Teacher]

Certificate of Corporation of Surgeons 1787.

Assistant surgeon Indian Medical Service, Madras [now Chennai, India] 1788. Surgeon 1796. Senior surgeon 1810. Retired 1815.

Resided in Southampton to 1822 then bought Bursledon House 4 miles south of Southampton.

Death

Died in London 22.12.1842.
