Born 4.12.1860 at Cupar son of John M’Intyre, surveyor of taxes and landed proprietor, Culpleasant, Ross-shire and Annie Scott Russell. [Landowner]

Attended Madras Academy, Cupar.

Career

Joined Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders in 1880. Became Brigadier General. Retired to St Andrews after the 1914-1918 War (lived Westcroft House). [Soldier]

Death

Died at St Andrews 29.3.1938.
