M.R.C.S.Eng. 1807 when he was from Wellingford, Berkshire. L.R.C.P.E. 5.5.1818. F.R.C.P.E. 4.5.1819. F.R.S.E. 1825.

Practised Edinburgh. [Doctor]

Death

Died Sloane St., Chelsea [Sloane Street, Chelsea, London] 1.4.1850.
