Career

Assistant Secretary, Bureau du Conseil International pour l’Exploration de la Mer 1903-1913 (retired). Assistant to Professor W.C. M’Intosh in 1916.

Apparently lived in Glasgow. In General Council register until 1945 then address unknown.
