M.D. 19.8.1809 on testimonials signed by John Crane M.D.(K.C. Aber.), late Superintendent, Army Medical depot for Severn District and then of Henstridge near Shaftesbury and William Sainsbury M.D. (K.C. Aber.), M.R.C.S.L., Corsham and also by William Moncrieffe, Clifton.

Possibly baptised 20.3.1750 son of Henry Kemm, Chippenham and Ann [ ].

Career

Has practised 30 years in British Cavalry, Salisbury Plains and in Gloucestershire and Worcestershire. Regiment disbanded 1783 after the American War. Is now an honorary visitor of St Thomas's and St Bartholomew's hospitals, London [St Thomas's hospital, London, St Bartholomew's hospital, London] and is Inspector of Lunatic Houses in part of Wiltshire.
