Career

Said to have studied at St Andrews above 30 years ago, but not traced.

Ordained Scots presbytery for Quebec 4.6.1785. In Bristol in 1799 and by 1809 had a seminary at Kent House, Lower Mall, Hammersmith. [Minister]

Death

Died 10.2.1811. His widow Jane Macpherson had a letter of condolence from the Duke of Kent. She is buried St George’s, Bristol.
