Career

Also at Edinburgh University - law student 1851-1853, variously from Lanarkshire and Stirling.

Succeeded in 1872 to the practice of Messrs Mackenzie, Innes and Logan, W.S. [Writer to the Signet], Cupar, which included National Bank agency. Sheriff clerk of Fife 1881-1896. Retired in 1893 and his business passed to J. E. Grosset. [Lawyer]

Death

Died Cupar 5.9.1896 aged 63.
