Came to St Andrews to attend Thomas Chalmers’s lectures. Introduced by Mr Edgar and by his uncle of Chirnside.

From Hutton parish, Chirnside.

Possibly baptised 15.6.1803 son of William Inglis, Ardross, Elie and Janet Morrison.

Career

Studied Edinburgh University - arts student 1814-1819, divinity student 1819-1822.
