Career
Possibly the man who was an Episcopal minister at Cupar and Pittenweem. Described at one point as Rev. James Hutchison D.D. of Edengrove. Credited with an M.D., D.D. and LL.D., but only the M.D. appears on his tombstone. Called the ‘Cauld water doctor’ both on account of his favourite medical remedy and the quality of his sermons. Death
Died 6.9.1810 aged 76.
