Assistant surgeon Royal Navy 19.5.1860. Surgeon 18.11.1865. Fleet surgeon 3.5.1877. Inspector General of Hospitals and Fleets 1892-1897. K.C.B. [Knight Commander of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath] 1913. [Doctor]

Death

Died Edinburgh 28.8.1913 aged 76.
