Born 25.1.1816 nephew of Nathaniel Highmore, medical practitioner, Sherborne.

Career

Studied St George’s hospital.

M.R.C.S.Eng. 1838 when he was from Sherborne. L.S.A. 1838.

House surgeon Liverpool Northern Hospital 1838, but soon afterwards entered into practice with his uncle Nathaniel Highmore at Sherborne and succeeded him continuing there until his death. [Doctor]
