Regimental Mate Army Medical Service 54th Foot 1775. Surgeon 54th Foot 1779-1781 (retired by sale of his commission and served as Regimental Mate again). Re-Commissioned as Deputy Purveyor 1795. Physician 1796. Half Pay 1802. Full pay 1803. Dismissed the service 1804, but reinstated as physician on half pay 1807. Deputy Inspector of Hospitals 1821. [Doctor, soldier]

Death

Died 27.5.1822.
