M.D. 6.12.1790 on Louvain and R.C.S.Eng. certificates and letter signed by a ‘JL’ to his brother.

Birth/childhood

Born 1728.

Career

Studied Louvain 1743 - 1746 when he was from Ireland, but unable to pay for licence on account of poverty.

M.R.C.S.Eng. 1785.

Surgeon to 60th regiment in war of 1780-1783 against Spain and afterwards surgeon to the garrison of Kouttan. When that island was taken by the Spaniards he was carried to Havana. After release he settled to practice at Tenby. [Doctor]

Death

Died after 1808.
