Born 10.12.1796 son of Edwards Crisp, gentleman farmer, Rendlesham, Suffolk and Mary [ ].

Career

Apprenticed to Dr. Cream, Long Melford, 1823 - 1826.

Studied at St Thomas's and Guy's hospitals [St Thomas's hospital, Guy's hospital] and at Paris.

Practised Brixton, Walworth Rd. [Brixton, Walworth Road] 1831 - 1846. Went to Dublin to study. Was in consulting practice Parliament St. [Parliament Street] 1848 - 1857. Kings Parade, Chelsea 1857 - 1862, then back to general practice at Beaufort St., Chelsea [Beaufort Street, Chelsea] 1862 - 15.11.1882 (died). [Doctor]

Publications - many on zoology and anatomy.
