L.R.C.S.E. 1842. M.R.C.P.L. 1859.

Assistant surgeon Royal Navy 23.9.1835. Surgeon 8.3.1842. Half pay 1856. Retired 1865. M.O. [Medical Officer] convict prisons 1849 - 1885. Lived latterly at Rochester, Kent. J.P. [Justice of the Peace] for Rochester. [Doctor]

Death

Died 10.3.1894 aged 78.
