Changed name to Boswell on succeeding to uncle’s estate of Balmuto. Adopted name of Boswell-Syme in 1868. Discontinued use of Syme 28.5.1875. [Landowner]

Publications. Edited new edition of Sowerby’s English Botany (London: Robert Hardwick, 1863).

Died Balmuto 31.1.1888.
