The RURU database is a fully searchable library of references on the use of research by policy makers and practitioners. It includes papers from four key sectors: education, health care, criminal justice and social care. Developed by the Research Unit for Research Utilisation (RURU) at the University of St. Andrews, the database holds references to a wide range of materials including journal articles, books, reports, conference proceedings and seminar papers.
The database can be searched using a range of fields, including title, author, keywords and abstract. The on-line Help gives full details of the search conventions used.
